Role Overview

As a Video Editor / Producer, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging videos that showcase the SAILNSTAY experience. Whether you’re editing footage from our luxury gulet cruises, adventure tours, or influencer collaborations, your work will help define our brand’s visual identity.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or join us on board to capture firsthand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling travel films, reels, and promotional videos.
  • Enhance videos with motion graphics, music, and sound design.

Onboard & On-Location Filming (Optional)

  • Join select SAILNSTAY cruises to capture raw footage of the guest experience, landscapes, and onboard activities.
  • Operate drones, stabilizers, and GoPros to film in dynamic environments.

Content Strategy & Optimization

  • Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook in multiple formats.
  • Stay updated with social media trends to create engaging, viral content.

Media Management

  • Organize and maintain video archives.
  • Select and edit best shots for use across marketing channels.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong Storytelling Skills – Ability to craft engaging visual narratives.
  • Knowledge of Motion Graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Passion for Travel & Adventure – You love capturing breathtaking destinations.
  • Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environments – Quick turnarounds for social media content.
  • Bonus: Drone operation & action camera experience (GoPro, Insta360).
